The CH 12 piling rig is a fully self-erecting, compact large-diameter rig designed for versatile foundation applications.
With a maximum transport weight of under 32 tonnes, including the rotary head and kelly bar, it can be easily transported, unloaded, and quickly deployed on-site without the need for external lifting equipment.
The CH 12 offers high torque performance and exceptional stability, enabling it to perform demanding drilling tasks across a wide range of applications. It can be equipped with either a Cylinder Pull Down System (CS) or a Winch Pull Down System (WS), supporting multiple drilling methods including kelly boring, CFA piles up to 800 mm in diameter, cased bored piles, displacement piles and soil mixing. The CH 12 can also be offered in Low Headroom configuration.
