The CH 36 piling rig is currently the largest multipurpose machine in Comacchio’s CH range, combining high performance with transport flexibility. With an operating weight of about 97 tonnes, the rig is engineered to balance power, stability, and efficiency.
Its high-torque rotary head offers up to 360 kNm of torque, supporting a wide range of piling and ground improvement methods, including kelly piles, CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles, displacement piles, and soil mixing, making it a versatile solution for large-diameter deep foundation projects. To support easy logistics, the CH 36 offers multiple transport configurations: components such as the side frames, modular counterweights, and selected structural elements can be removed as required, offering a high degree of flexibility to suit varying transport constraints.
