CH 23

The CH 23 piling rig is a high-capacity multipurpose rig mounted on a dedicated excavator carrier, with an operating weight of 70 tonnes. Designed to be self-erecting, the rig requires only minimal disassembly for transport, enabling quick and efficient setup on site.

Engineered for versatility, the CH 23 supports a wide range of drilling applications, including bored piles, CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles, displacement piles, and soil mixing treatments. The machine can be equipped with either a Cylinder Pull Down System (CS) system or a Winch Pull Down System (WS), and it accommodates multiple kelly bar lengths, reaching pile depths of up to 68 m.
With its combination of high torque, flexible configuration, and modular design, the CH 23 delivers efficient and reliable performance for large-diameter foundation works, even under demanding ground conditions.
